Terms of Service
Effective date: July 18, 2026
1. Using PulseMDT
PulseMDT provides Discord roleplay communities with web and bot tools for CAD/MDT workflows, including character records, vehicles, firearms, BOLOs, warrants, citations, court records, incident reports, EMS/DOT reports, shift logs, roster tools, dealership and garage tools, the civilian portal, FiveM sync features, and administrative settings. You may use the service only if you can comply with these terms and any rules set by the Discord server or community that controls the data you access.
2. Accounts and Access
Sign-in uses Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account, the servers you connect, API keys, webhooks, uploaded files, and actions taken through your account. Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for granting roles and permissions appropriately.
3. Community Content
You and your community are responsible for records, reports, names, images, notes, webhooks, FiveM data, and other content submitted to PulseMDT. Do not upload or store unlawful content, real sensitive personal information without permission, malware, exploit material, or content that violates Discord rules or the rights of others.
4. Service Rules
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data, interfere with the bot or realtime services, overload uploads or APIs, reverse engineer private systems, or use PulseMDT to harass, impersonate, or harm others. We may rate-limit, suspend, remove content, revoke access, or delete connected server data when needed to protect the service or other users.
5. Availability and Changes
PulseMDT is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop at any time. Beta features, FiveM integrations, realtime functionality, Discord APIs, and third-party services may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data recovery, or that the service will meet every community rule.
6. Third Parties
Ads may be served through Google AdSense. Discord, Google, FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, and Take-Two Interactive are separate services with their own terms. PulseMDT is not affiliated with or endorsed by those parties unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PulseMDT and Pulse Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, moderation decisions, community disputes, or third-party outages. These terms are a practical operating policy, not legal advice.
8. Contact
For questions, requests, or responsible security reports, email [email protected]. Remove API keys, bot tokens, webhooks, session cookies, and real personal data from any logs or screenshots.
