Information We Collect

PulseMDT uses Discord sign-in and may store your Discord ID, username, avatar, email if Discord provides it, login counts, roles, guild membership, selected guilds, admin status, and session data. The bot and in-game scripts may cache Discord guild, role, channel, member, and FiveM identifier data needed to operate the CAD, MDT, and connected features.

Communities may store roleplay data such as character names, dates of birth, photos, vehicles, plates, firearms, records, citations, warrants, BOLOs, case notes, court data, incident reports, EMS/DOT reports, shift logs, callsigns, roster notes, audit logs, dealership and garage records, payroll data, API key usage, webhooks, uploaded files, and realtime call data.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, authorize server access, operate the bot and web dashboard, sync Discord/FiveM data, prevent abuse, provide support, show usage stats, deliver realtime updates, and maintain service security.

Cookies, Ads, and Sessions

We use authentication cookies and similar session storage to keep you signed in. Substantive public pages may load Google AdSense and Funding Choices. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, personalize, or limit advertising in accordance with your consent choices and applicable law. Authenticated CAD, dispatcher, administration, sign-in, API, PWA, and mobile utility routes do not load the AdSense script.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services on Google's partner sites policy. Discord OAuth is handled by Discord under its own policies. Where required, the consent message lets visitors manage advertising choices before eligible ads are served.

Sharing

We share data with Discord as needed for OAuth, bot features, messages, guild checks, and webhooks. Data may be visible to authorized members of the Discord community that controls it. We may share limited data with hosting, database, monitoring, security, analytics, and advertising providers when needed to run the service or comply with law.

Retention and Deletion

Account and community data is kept while needed for the service, security, audit, legal, or backup purposes. Some FiveM logs are designed to be short-lived, while community records may remain until deleted by authorized staff or the server is removed. Ask the server owner for community-controlled record changes; contact Pulse Systems for account-level requests.

Security

We use access controls, secrets, scoped permissions, and operational safeguards, but no service is perfectly secure. Protect your Discord account, bot tokens, API keys, and webhook URLs.

Children and Sensitive Data

PulseMDT is intended for Discord communities and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit real sensitive personal information unless you have permission and a legitimate community need.

Contact

Email [email protected] for account-level privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests. For community-controlled fictional records, contact the owner or administrators of the Discord community first because they determine who can create, view, correct, and delete those records.
